Upright, comfortable, and built to be ridden in normal clothes in bad weather. Lights, fenders and a rack come fitted, so nothing needs adding before the first commute. The choice usually comes down to a belt and a sealed hub if you want to stop maintaining it, or a chain if you want the lowest price.

We will tell you which bike you don't need.

Most shops sell up. We would rather you buy the cheaper bike and a second lock than the expensive one and feel it later. Tell us the hill, the kids and where it has to park, and we will narrow it to two.
