Bosch eBike Service & Repair
If your e-bike runs on a Bosch motor, you are in the right place. We have serviced Bosch and only Bosch since we opened in 2018, and we are the best equipped Bosch e-bike repair shop in New England. We work on the full current lineup, including Smart System, ABS and every Bosch display, plus the System 2 bikes that have been on the road for years.
Three reasons people bring us a bike they did not buy here

- Your shop has had it for weeks and still cannot tell you what is actually wrong with it.
The third one is the most common, and it is usually the same story. A shop that sells six brands and services all of them does not have the Bosch tool, so it is guessing. We run the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, the official dealer system. We read the codes, update the firmware, and see exactly what your motor and battery are doing. No general bike shop and no phone app can do that.
We service the brands we sell, Tern, Gazelle, Riese & Müller and Urban Arrow, and any bike built on a Bosch system no matter where you bought it. That includes the Tern HSD, GSD, Quick Haul, NBD and Vektron, the whole Gazelle range, and Urban Arrow front loaders.

How long it takes
Most Bosch diagnostics are done within the week. If a part has to come from Bosch we will tell you that up front rather than three weeks later, and we will tell you what we know as soon as we know it. You should not have to chase your own bike shop for an update.

Service rates
These are our rates for bikes purchased elsewhere. Parts are additional.
- Shop labor: $120/hour
- Bosch diagnostic: $120 (one hour of shop time), credited toward your repair if we do the work
- Full e-bike service: $240
Bought your bike from us?
Then your service is covered. Every bike we sell comes with a year of free unlimited tune-ups and labor. After that, Mission owners get 20% off labor for life. Parts are charged normally, but you will never pay the walk-in labor rate again.
What we don’t do
General bike repair. If you need a flat fixed or a tune-up on a regular bike, a neighborhood shop will take better care of you. We do not stock parts for every bike on the road, and we would rather say so up front than have your bike sit on a stand waiting for an order. But if it has a Bosch motor on it, nobody in New England will treat it better.
