Belt drive: quiet and low maintenance
A big plus point of the Arroyo C5 HMB Elite is the Gates belt drive. In fact, a belt drive has several advantages over the classic chain drive. First of all, a belt drive is very quiet and requires very little maintenance. Unlike a chain, it doesn’t need to be lubricated and it lasts three to five times longer.
Braking quickly and safely
When you’re driving downhill or in city traffic, it’s important to be able to brake safely without thinking too much. Hydraulic brakes provide stopping power and precision so you can slow down in a controlled manner at any time – even in the rain. Gazelle has also equipped this bike with a coaster brake. This means that you can also brake safely in this way.
Luxurious design, more comfort
It’s often the details that make the difference. This also applies to the Arroyo C5 HMB Elite. This e-bike has leather handlebar grips.
