Owner Resources
Manuals, how-to videos and seasonal care tips for the bikes we sell and service, all in one place.
Most of this comes straight from Tern, Urban Arrow, Gazelle and Bosch. We picked out the parts our customers actually ask about. If you can’t find what you need, call us at (401) 423-4400 and we’ll track it down.
First things first
Register your Tern. Registering with TernCare within 30 days doubles the frame, fork and handlepost warranty from 5 to 10 years. Register here. Bought one used? Transfer the warranty to you.
Gazelle and Urban Arrow: nothing to activate. Both warranties start the day you buy the bike, so keep your receipt. Urban Arrow asks for the original purchase invoice on any warranty claim. Registering a Gazelle is optional, but it saves your frame number and pulls up your manual. Register a Gazelle.
Get the Bosch eBike Flow app if your bike has the Bosch Smart System. It’s where software updates, riding mode settings and the eBike Lock live. About the Flow app.
Warranty problem? We handle Tern, Gazelle and Urban Arrow warranty claims, even if you bought the bike from another dealer. See our service page.

Winter care, from our service bench
Bring the battery inside. Store it and charge it at room temperature. If it’s been out in the cold, let it warm up before you plug it in.
Expect less range. Every lithium battery gives up some range in the cold. That’s normal, and it comes back when the weather warms up.
Putting it away for the season? Leave the battery about half full, keep it somewhere cool and dry indoors, and check on it once or twice over the winter.
Rinse off the salt. Road salt is hard on chains, bolts and brakes. After a salty ride, a gentle rinse (never a pressure washer) and a dry rag go a long way. Belts just need water.
Get your tune-up in early. Winter is the easiest time to get on our service schedule, and your bike will be ready the first warm day.
Can’t find it?
Call us and we’ll find the manual, walk you through the setting, or get your bike on the stand.
